Sales Report provides users all the sales history of all outlets registered in users’ database. These are the different types of sales report:
- Sales Chart
A general overview of the sales performance and graphical presentation of various sales aspects.

Shows the breakdown of sales based on each outlet and each POS terminal.

Shows the breakdown of payment collected at each outlet based on sales generated.

Generates a detailed report that shows every transaction made in each outlet and each POS terminal.

Sales Chart provides a graphical presentation of sales data to users which assists users to understand sales performance more holistically and accurately. With sales charts, users will have access to the following business information readily.
- Peaks and troughs of business operations.
- Best and worst performing staff or salespersons.
- Most frequent mode of payments made by customers.
Accessing the Sales Report page, by default, users will be directed to the Sales Chart.
1. Dates and Outlet
Filter Allow users to filter the sales chart based on specific dates and outlets. Click on Apply Filter to show a chart.
2. Sales Breakdown
Show users the calculated average sales, total sales with tax, total sales without tax. Will also be updated based on the timeframe toggled in No.3.
3. Accumulative Sales Timeframe Toggler
Allow users to toggle between different timeframes: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. This will update the sales breakdown and accumulative sales chart.
4. Accumulative Sales Chart
Based on filtered criteria, accumulative sales charts will be tabulated correspondingly.
5. Sales Frequency Timeframe Toggler
Allow users to toggle between different timeframes: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. This will update the sales frequency chart.
6. Sales Frequency Chart
Based on filtered criteria, the sales frequency chart will be tabulated correspondingly and show users the graphical depiction of the most active session.
7. Cashier Sales Chart
Based on filtered criteria, the cashier sales chart will be tabulated and broken down by each cashier in terms of sales amount and percentage.
8. Payment Methods Chart
Based on filtered criteria, different payment methods used for all sales made will be tabulated and broken down in terms of sales amount and percentage.
Sales by Shift report provides users the convenience to view the total sales broken down to each shift recorded from all POS terminals in every outlet.
Users can utilize this report to:
- Review total sales made at the end of every shift.
- Enhance the store’s operations by streamlining the manpower during the peaks and troughs.
- Identify the best performing shift in terms of sales.
- Detect any potential fraud with the help of “Cash In/Out” and “Void” records.
- To access the Sales by Shift report, under Sales Report, click on the Sales by Shift tab.
1. Export
Allow users to export the Sales by Shift report based on the filtered criteria.
💡 Users are advised to export the report for any further analysis of data generated.
2. Filter
Allows users to generate a Sales by Shift report based on specific date range, outlets, POS terminals and breakdown of information in terms of day, month and year. Click on Apply Filter to generate a report.
3. Sales by Shift Report
Report generated will be based on the filtered criteria made in No.2.
4. Show and Hide Category Sales
Allows users to click on the Sum Line to show and hide the category sales of the particular day.
5. Print
Allows users to download the sales by shift and category sales combined in a single PDF-format report.
Daily Sales report allows users to view the total sales recorded from each outlet every day.
Users can utilize this report to
- Review total sales made by each outlet at the end of the day.
- Review the different types of payment collected from each outlet.
- Detect any potential fraud with the help of “Cash In/Out” and “Void” records.
- Break down the total amount of tax collected.
To access the Daily Sales report, under Sales Report, click on the Daily Sales tab.
