Weighing Scale Products

Hybrid Kiosk supports two types of weighing scale products in POS Mode.

The scale is connected to the Sunmi K2 Mini by USB (see Hardware Capabilities). When the cashier adds a weighing scale product, the weight is read from the scale.

  • Automatic Weighing off: a pop-up shows the weight from the scale for the cashier to confirm.
  • Automatic Weighing on: the weight is taken from the scale automatically.

A barcoded weighing scale is a separate device and is not connected to Hybrid Kiosk. It prints a label with a barcode. The cashier scans the barcode on the label, and the product is added to the cart based on the barcode settings.
