- Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all while maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Answer inbound enquiries and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints and feedback
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
- Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times
- Escalate and work with support team for complicated issues, and ensure issues are resolved properly
- Provide ideas to improve customer experience
