BlueTap is a compact, all-in-one payment device with a built-in soundbox, designed to help businesses accept payments instantly anywhere, anytime. More than just a payment acceptance device, the EPOS360 BlueTap has built-in POS features for better business management, including menu generation from images, order management, item management, real-time sales reports and AI marketing.
What payment methods does the EPOS360 BlueTap accept?
The EPOS360 BlueTap accepts major debit and credit cards, QR payment and eWallets. These include: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, AliPay+, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, PayNow, PayLah, Touch’nGo eWallet, TrueMoney, KakaoPay and NaverPay.
What are the transaction fees?
Transaction fees start from 2.49% for credit cards, while PayNow payments have 0% fees.
What kind of businesses is the EPOS360 BlueTap made for?
The EPOS360 BlueTap is an all-in-one payment and POS solution within the EPOS360 ecosystem that makes it great for micro and small businesses in the food & beverage industry, such as cafes, food stalls and pop-ups. The EPOS360 BlueTap is also recommended for those in the retail industry and home-based service providers.
Does the EPOS360 BlueTap support multi-outlet establishments?
No, each EPOS360 BlueTap device can be linked to only one UEN number. We’re currently developing the multi-outlet module and will share updates once it’s ready.
What language does the EPOS360 BlueTap support?
The EPOS360 BlueTap currently supports only the English language. Other language functionalities like Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Melayu are currently under development. They will be updated within existing devices once implemented.
Can a non-registered business purchase the EPOS360 BlueTap?
No, onboarding of the EPOS360 requires a registered UEN, thus, non-registered businesses are not able to onboard onto the EPOS360 BlueTap and the EPOS360 ecosystem.
How does the EPOS360 BlueTap differ from the EPOS Soundbox or EPOS Payment Terminal?
EPOS360 BlueTap vs EPOS Soundbox
EPOS360 BlueTap accepts debit/credit cards, QR payments, and e-wallets. EPOS Soundbox supports QR payments only, but onboarding is faster as no KYC is required.
EPOS360 BlueTap vs EPOS Payment Terminal
EPOS360 BlueTap must be integrated with the EPOS360 app, while the EPOS Payment Terminal can operate as a standalone device or with POS installed. It also includes a built-in receipt printer.
