Pay at Cashier

In Kiosk Mode, customers can choose to pay at the cashier instead of paying on the kiosk. In-app payment on the kiosk is recommended.

How it works

  1. The customer selects Pay at Cashier on the kiosk.
  2. A sound plays and a pop-up appears to notify the cashier.
  3. Hybrid Kiosk switches to POS Mode automatically, and all the items the customer ordered are added to the cart.
  4. The cashier completes the payment in POS Mode.
