• EPOSPay Accepted Payment Methods and Processing Fees

Users can refer to this table for Payment methods and Transaction Charges (%) for both the Credit Card Terminal and Web Ordering App. There are no additional charges for the Credit Card Terminal, while transactions through the Web Ordering App incur a modest $0.20 fee per transaction.

• EPOSPay Processing Fees Calculation: Integrated with POS and Kiosk 

1. 1. Order Amount = Amount paid by customer in the Credit Card Terminal
   2. Processing Fee = Order Amount x 2.834% (after 9% GST)
   3. Payout Amount = Order Amount – Processing Fee
   4. Total Payout Amount (in a payout cycle) = Sum of Payout Amount

* Note: The fee rates above are default fee rate, requests for different processing fees are subject to approval

Example:

For a $10 order:

Order Amount: $10

Processing fee = $10 * 2.834% = $0.28

Payout Amount = $10 – $0.28 = $9.72

• EPOSPay Processing Fees Calculation: Web Ordering App

1. 1. Order Amount = Amount paid by customer in the QR / Web Order
   2. Processing Fee = Order Amount x 2.834% + $0.218 (after 9% GST)
   3. Payout Amount = Order Amount – Processing Fee
   4. Total Payout Amount (of a payout cycle) = Sum of Payout Amount

For example:

For a $10 order:

Order Amount: $10

Processing fee = $10 x 2.834% + $0.218 = 0.50

Payout Amount = $10 – $0.5 = $9.5
