At EPOS, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Due to the nature of our products and services, we strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully and clarify any questions with our team prior to confirming the purchase.

Defective or Faulty Items

In the event that a product is proven to be defective or not functioning as intended, we will assess the issue and may provide:

  • Repair services, or
  • A replacement unit (at our discretion)

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
