This section describes Member’s Portal. Users will be guided on:
- Accessing members portal via Whatsapp
- Accessing members portal via Manual Login QR
Steps
1. In the EPOS Backend, go to Customers > Customer Registration > Manual Register
Obtain QR Code: ‘Login Page’
* Alternatively, you may choose to copy its link and share with the customer.
2. Customer scan QR code to redirect to Member’s Portal Login page on browser
Login accordingly with login details
3. [Optional] Change password after first login
4. Change ‘Date of Birth’ in Profile to be looped into birthday promotions
Steps
1. In the EPOS Backend Portal, go to Customers > Customer Registration > Manual Register
2. Open WhatsApp mobile app
3. Scroll and find the chat with the business number
4. Click on the Members Portal link
5. Customer will be redirected to Members Portal in their mobile browser
6. Change ‘Date of Birth’ in Profile to be looped into birthday promotions
