This section describes Vouchers. Users will be guided on:

  • Creating Vouchers
  • Broadcasting Vouchers to Specific Customers

Steps

  1. From the backend menu, go to: Products > Vouchers. Click New Voucher
  2. Under Voucher Details, fill in the relevant voucher information.
  3. Click Save Voucher and the voucher will be created in the system

Voucher Configuration Fields

    1. Name: Enter the voucher name. This is the name that will be shown to customers, for example: $10 Cash Voucher
    2. Description: Enter a short description of the voucher. This description helps explain the voucher benefit to customers, especially if it is shown on the member’s portal. Example: Enjoy $10 off your next purchase.
    3. Start/End Date/Time: Set the time period where the voucher can be used. This means the voucher can be redeemed at any time during the selected valid dates & time.
    4. Days of week: Select the applicable days of the week if the voucher should only be usable on selected days. For example, if the voucher is only valid on weekdays, select Monday to Friday only.
    5. Usage Limit
      1. Limited: If there is a fixed number of vouchers to be redeemed. Note that limited vouchers cannot be broadcast to Members Portal. Communication and distribution to customers should be handled by your team, such as through printed physical vouchers, or other manual workarounds like printing voucher barcodes at the POS.
      2. Unlimited: If there is no fixed cap on number of voucher redemptions

      1. Fixed Amount (e.g. $5 off)
      2. Percentage (e.g. 10% off)

    1. Target this voucher
      1. Everyone: Voucher can be used by all customers, even if they did not sign up
      2. All registered customers: Voucher can be used by all members that signed up
      3. Customer Group: Voucher is only available to selected customer groups that signed up, you may select more than one
    1. Available at: where the voucher can be redeemed
      1. Everywhere: all outlets
      2. Select specific outlets under dropdown list if it is limited to outlets
    1. Limit to 1 redemption per customer
      1. Toggle on if customer should only be able to redeeem once
    1. Minimum spending
      1. Toggle on if customers need to spend a certain amount on selected products before the voucher can be used. Click Add Variant to add the selected products that contribute to minimum spend amount.
    1. Manual add voucher codes: Key in the voucher serial number and click +Add to enter a specific voucher code
    2. Bulk upload voucher codes: Click upload vouchers to bulk upload codes using a CSV file. You may download and use the voucher import template to easily upload a large number of unique codes.

Steps

1. In the EPOS backend, access Customers > Groups

2. Click the green button ‘New List’

3. Key in the group name and click ‘Create List’

List = Customer Group

4. Go to Products > Vouchers to create a Discount Voucher

NOTE: Choose the Customer Group created from the above steps

Below is an overview of the discount voucher created

5. Go to Customers > Membership > Loyalty > Broadcast Voucher

6. Publish the discount voucher created from Step 4

7. Whenever someone qualifies for the voucher, go to Customers > Groups, click into the Customer Group > Customer List, then add the customer into the group

Once added, the voucher will automatically show up in their Members Portal ready to be claimed
