The Membership Points payment method allows customers to redeem their accumulated loyalty points directly at the Retail Kiosk. To enable this feature, merchants must first create the payment method in the backend portal using this configuration guide.
Once enabled, the Membership Points payment option will only appear when a customer is logged in as a member. If no member is logged in, this payment method will remain hidden from the payment screen.
1. Log in as a Member
Customers must scan or enter their member details at the kiosk before proceeding to payment.
2. Proceed to Payment
After logging in, customers can continue to the payment page where the membership points payment method will be displayed.
3. Membership Points as Payment
Customers can select it to pay for their order using their available points.
