How To Use:
Situation: You have just completed a marketing/sales campaign for the year 2023. You would like to know the impact of your campaign in terms of CRM and how are the customer retention rates like.
1. Filter the dates
To get reports reflecting only for the year of 2023
2. Total New Customers
Filtering by daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
You will be able to visualise which period were your campaigns working the most effectively.
3. Total Sales / Transactions
Use this amount to calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) of your campaign to evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
