Add Quickpick Product Groups from Backend

Items must be added to the Quickpick template for them to appear on the POS product page. This page explains how to add product groups from the backend.

Under EPOS Backend > Setup > Quickpick Settings

To add product groups to a Quickpick Template, follow these steps:

1. Click on a Quickpick Template Name

2. Click ‘+’ product button
3. Product pop-up will appear
User can search by Product Name,SKU or Barcode
User can also filter using Product Category
4. After selecting multiple products to be added to the group > click Save

5. Product group will be added to the grid
6. User can drag the product group to move from one grid position to another.
 
7. To confirm your Template arrangement, click on Save Layout

To modify product groups to a Quickpick Template, follow these steps:

Modify Quickpick Group

1. To modify quickpick group items, user can click Edit Group
2. In this pop up,
User can Modify Products, Edit Position, and Remove Product from Quickpick group
To confirm changes, users can click on the Modify Products

3. To confirm your Template arrangement, click on Save Layout

Modify Quickpick Group Name

1. To change Quickpick group name, click on Edit Group Name
2. Enter new Quickpick group name > click Save

3. New Quickpick group name will be shown

4. To confirm your Template arrangement, click on Save Layout
