Kiosk & Web Ordering Settings

Kiosk & Web Ordering Settings will be used to Edit Availability of Kiosk & Web Ordering products (including separators & modifiers) directly in the POS. 

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Strong internet connection in POS
  • Kiosk Webapp plugin is installed in EPOS Backend
  • Tenant’s backend is registered in EPOS QR  Admin Portal

Follow the steps below on how to edit the Kiosk & Web Ordering Items’ Availability in POS

1.Go to POS > 3 Bars > Setting

 

2. Go to Kiosk & Web Ordering Settings

3a. Go to Product Tab and searches for a Product Name or filter by Category / Status to edit Kiosk & Webapp item’s availability

3b. Go to Separators & Modifiers Tab and searches for a separator/modifier name or filter by Category / Status to edit Kiosk & Webapp separators & modifiers availability

4. User can use Toggle ON / OFF to update the item availability

5. Once the item’s availability is updated in POS, the availability changes will be live updated across Kiosk and Web Ordering platforms.
