Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotion (“Promotion”) provided by EPOS Pte Ltd (“EPOS”), where the first thirty (30) eligible participants to during Voyage 2025’s SME in Local Markets Sub-Forum and Singapre Fintech Festival will receive a complimentary Bluetap device (the “Gift”). By participting in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. The Promotion is open only to businesses which are registered in Singapore. Each business which have signed up for the Promotion is only eligible to receive one Gift.
3. The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and redeemable only by the company named in the sign-up application.
4. Redemption must be completed directly through EPOS or authorised representatives of EPOS. If you are eligible for the Gift, EPOS will notify you at a later date with the details for the redemption. Redemption must be completed within 6 months of you being notified by EPOS (“Redemption Period”).
5. Gifts that are not redeemed before the end of the Redemption Period will be forfeited.
6. The Gift consists solely of the physical Bluetap device and does not include any services (including payment processing services, provision of software or any other services required to utilise and operate the Gift). Such services shall be subject to separate terms and conditions and applicable fees, and you must apply for and enter into the relevant agreement with EPOS and/or its affiliates. Eligibility and approval for such services is not guaranteed and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions by the relevant service provider.
7. EPOS reserves the right, in their sole discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof, to suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion or delete, vary, supplement, amend, modify any portion or the entirety of the Terms of the Promotion. EPOS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such substitutions, amendments, or modifications. EPOS’s determination of all matters in connection with the Promotion shall be final, binding and conclusive.
8. Unless prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for EPOS, its advertising and promotional agencies to use any of your names, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes. Your further agrees and acknowledges that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the you taken or made in connection with the Promotion shall vest solely and absolutely in EPOS without any compensation to you.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EPOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the use of any Gift provided. The total liability of EPOS and its affiliates to any participant, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the retail value of the Gift received by that participant in connection with the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) any losses or damages caused by wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent, and/or wilful misrepresentation; and (c) any other losses which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable laws.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
