Web Ordering Configuration

Welcome to the EPOS Web Ordering Configuration Page.

This section covers all backend settings related to configuring and managing your web ordering store.

The EPOS Web Ordering App is a web-based application made up of 2 components:

  1. Online Web Ordering (E-Store): customers order off-site for store pickup or delivery.
  2. In-Store QR Ordering: customers scan the QR code at their table to order for dine-in or takeaway.

Both components share the same set of configurations, which are covered on this page. For the customer ordering flows, refer to E-Store/In-Store Pick Up and In Store/QR Ordering.

Enabling the Web Ordering App (First-time setup only)

Before any configuration can be done, the Web Ordering App must be enabled in the backend.

  • Delivery: Customers can only choose delivery instead of self-pickup if the Courier module has been set up. The Courier module must first be enabled in the EPOS Admin Portal and set up in the backend. For assistance, contact EPOS at 8482-1888.
  • QR Ordering: Customers can only scan a QR code to order once table management has been set up in the backend (see Outlet Config – Table Management). Each table is tagged to 4 QR codes:
    1. Guest Mode (no login required)
    2. Login Required
    3. Guest Mode / Login
    4. WATI (if the WATI module is set up)

These QR codes are usually placed on the tables in the restaurant for customers to scan.

How to access EPOS Web Ordering
