Follow the steps below on how to add product to order cart.


There are three options for users to add products to the order cart. Users must ensure that products are created in the BACKEND PORTAL and synced to the FRONTEND POS.


A. Using Quickpick


  1. Click on the products in the Quickpick to add them to the order cart.

B. Using Search Function


1. Ensure the products tab is selected. Insert Product name/ SKU in the search bar.

2. When products are shown in the drop down list, select the product.

3. Product will be added to the order cart.


C. Using a Barcode Scanner


1. Make sure products are set up at the BACKEND PORTAL with barcode. Once the barcodes are scanned, the products will be added to cart.
