The E-membership Card Message Builder allows merchants to update the welcome message sent to customers together with their e-membership card.

The message sending method depends on your team’s selected setup.

If your team prefers to include WhatsApp buttons in the welcome message and has opted to cover WATI’s messaging costs for the welcome message, the message will be sent via WATI Template.

If your team prefers for welcome messages to be sent at no additional WATI messaging cost, the message will be sent via EPOS Backend instead.
