You can track customer sign-ups through the WhatsApp QR Code log or e-receipt sending log in the EPOS backend. This information can be used for internal reporting purposes or PSG grant usage reports.
Steps:
- Navigate to Integrations > WhatsApp Integration.
- Under Sending Log section, set the From and To date range.

- For PSG grant usage reporting, it is recommended to filter from the Go-Live Date onwards.
- Click Search. The records will be displayed, with the Type indicating: E-receipt or E Member Card
You may review these logs as needed for tracking and reporting purposes
