Follow the steps below on how to update product quantity in order cart
There are also three options for users to update the quantity of a product added to the order cart. Updating of product quantity in the order cart will be recorded in the BACKEND PORTAL as part of Order Audit.
A) Using the Quickpick
Clicking on the products multiple times will add multiple quantities of the product to the order cart. Eg: Click 5 times, 5 units will be added.
B) Using the Product Details Function
1. At the particular product added to the order cart, click on the product
2. The product details window will be shown.
(a) Update the quantity with the ➕ or ➖ to increase or decrease the quantity.
(b) Alternatively, users can insert the quantity directly using the number page shown.
3. Click on Done to save changes. The updated quantity will be shown in the order cart.
C) Using a Barcode Scanner
Scanning the product barcode multiple times will add multiple quantities of the product to the order cart.
